Cato Crest Primary School is guided by a long-term vision to develop a technologically progressive and academically strong learning institution in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Since its establishment in 2001 by Mrs. P. Mbatha, the school has remained committed to educational excellence and community upliftment.
Our mission is to equip learners from Grade R to Grade 7 with essential academic knowledge, digital literacy skills, and strong moral values. Our History
Cato Crest Primary School was established in 2001 by Mrs. P. Mbatha with the vision of providing quality primary education to the children of the Cato Crest community in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. From its humble beginnings, the school has grown into a respected public primary school dedicated to academic excellence and learner development.Over the years, Cato Crest Primary School has continuously worked to improve its facilities, teaching standards, and extracurricular opportunities. Through strong leadership and community support, the school has maintained its commitment to creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment for all learners from Grade R to Grade 7.
